Ketsa Coleman is a business law firm, with specialisations in tax and superannuation, business structures, acquisitions and investments, IT and data, telecoms, electrification and renewable energy, and startups in all sectors

Welcome to Ketsa Coleman.

Our mission is to provide top tier quality legal and business advisory services at affordable rates, to businesses, investors, individuals and not-for-profits. We are easy to deal with – responsive, quick and commercial.

Our set-up takes advantage of the revolution in remote access to professional services. Thanks to the quality of online legal and business platforms and the adoption of remote working, we have created a distributed, always-on law firm, delivering high quality services with low overheads, and passing on cost savings.

Ketsa Coleman aims to flourish across multiple domains.

We want to:

  • provide high quality legal services in an approachable and affordable way;

  • develop a successful and engaged team over a sustained period;

  • be good to do business with; and

  • have a positive impact on staff, clients, communities and the environment.

Our hourly rates are around 40% below equivalent big law rates.

Additionally, we are flexible and responsive to client needs on our fee models.  For suitable matters, we are happy to discuss partially or wholly deferred or success based fees, even shared equity for our startup clients.  We are proud to work with for-purpose enterprises such as cooperatives and conservation organisations, and adjust our fees to fit their budgets.
